About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team for the morning shift. This role is essential to creating a welcoming experience for all guests, serving as the first point of contact and ensuring smooth front desk operations from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
As a key member of our hospitality team, you will handle guest interactions with a positive attitude, managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently. Your day will involve responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining a clean and organized lobby area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to providing excellent service while representing our hotel's standards.
