This position is designed for a highly skilled Engineer who can operate with little to no supervision to ensure the physical property, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems run seamlessly. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving guest repair requests, communicating directly with guests to ensure their needs are met with genuine appreciation. Your day will involve performing advanced troubleshooting on complex MEP systems, including HVAC, refrigeration, pool heaters, and electrical equipment, while adhering to strict safety and code standards.
Beyond immediate repairs, you will manage preventive maintenance, inventory, and energy management systems. A key part of this role is the ability to mentor and train other engineers, as well as stepping into Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including conducting rounds and managing shift communications. You will ensure that all methods, materials, and practices meet company standards while maintaining a professional appearance and fostering positive working relationships across the team.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background. Extensive experience and training in general maintenance, electrical or refrigeration, parts inventory and requisition, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting. At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience. Valid Driver's License.
