The Host is a vital member of the Service team, serving as the first impression and point of contact for every guest and visitor. This role requires exuding warmth and hospitality while acting as a strategic partner to the Maître D'. Together, you will plot, plan, and update the dining room to efficiently coordinate seatings throughout each service. You will be the liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen, ensuring seamless communication and a welcoming environment whether guests are interacting in person or over the phone.
