We are seeking friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented individuals to join our hospital culinary team as Patient Ambassadors and Utility Workers. In this role, you will be the face of our service, ensuring every patient receives an accurate meal that matches their specific order and diet requirements while delivering excellent customer service.
As a Patient Ambassador, you will focus on the patient experience, delivering and collecting menus promptly and preparing cold/hot items and condiments for meal service. As a Utility Worker, you will play a vital support role by washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and dish rooms, and assisting with basic food prep tasks. Both roles require adherence to strict facility health, food safety, and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Shifts are available in both AM and PM schedules. This position is based at our facility located at 1710 Harper Rd, Beckley, WV 25801.
