As a Dining Services Department Manager, you will lead the dining department at a long-term care facility, overseeing the food service program to ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This role exists to consistently provide exceptional dining experiences that adhere to facility menus, federal, state, and local regulations, and HCSG policies.
In this position, you will partner with client managers, building occupants, and administrators to effectively communicate directives and represent HCSG positively. Your day-to-day involves leading and supporting the food service team, conducting training and quality control sessions, and performing various operational roles as needed. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of income, expenditures, and supplies while ensuring a sanitary environment through strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures.
