Tennessee Donor Services (TDS) is a designated organ procurement organization (OPO) within the state of Tennessee and a proud member of the DCI Donor Services family. For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Hospital Development Coordinator to join our team in Nashville. This position is vital to our mission of saving lives through organ donation. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals to promote organ donation and strengthen the partnership between our organization and hospital partners.
In this role, you will serve as a liaison to hospital staff during the donation process, ensuring effective communication between the hospital, the donor's family, and our organization. You will champion process improvement initiatives and act as an educator, presenting regular sessions to hospital staff on the benefits and processes of organ and tissue donation. If you have expertise in healthcare, sales, marketing, public relations, or experience as a pharmaceutical representative, this is an ideal opportunity to help save and improve lives.
