About the Role
Essel is seeking a skilled Horizontal Directional Driller to lead critical underground utility installations. In this role, you will be the primary operator responsible for executing complex drilling paths for pipelines, cables, and conduits. Your expertise ensures that projects are completed safely, on time, and to exact specifications, serving as the backbone of our utility construction efforts.
As a leader on the ground, you will interpret blueprints and site plans to guide the drilling process while supervising the crew to maintain efficiency and safety standards. You will be the first line of defense in identifying and troubleshooting operational problems to minimize delays, coordinating closely with project managers to keep stakeholders informed of progress.

Requirements
