About the Role
The Home Health Scheduler serves as a vital link between client needs and our care team. This role exists to ensure that every client receives timely, appropriate care by coordinating complex scheduling logistics and managing the coordination unit. You will be responsible for overseeing bi-monthly eligibility reviews, staffing cases according to the Plan of Care, and managing coverage for absent staff. Beyond daily operations, you will mentor new coordinators, supervise the coordination team, and ensure seamless communication across departments including billing, payroll, and information systems.
