The RN Executive Director serves as the primary leader for all administrative and operational functions of an Aveanna branch. This role exists to ensure the delivery of high-quality home health care while maintaining strict compliance with all Federal and State regulations governing Home Health Care Agencies. You will directly impact the lives of patients in your local community by fostering a supportive environment for staff and clients alike.
In this position, you will oversee the full lifecycle of staff management, from interviewing and hiring to ongoing development and annual evaluations. Your day-to-day involves monitoring employee progress, ensuring appropriate supervision during service hours, and leading weekly meetings to prepare for patient services. You will also drive branch growth strategies, review financial statements to optimize productivity, and manage internal billing efforts to ensure clean claims. Additionally, you will handle incident management and resolve issues to maintain the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
Candidates selected for this role will be subject to a criminal background check and must provide proof of a valid Driver's License, acceptable MVR, and automobile insurance.
