About the Role
The Licensed Practical Nurse is an essential part of the team responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each individual patient. Operating within Cobb and Douglas County, you will deliver quality patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse teammate, adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
Your day involves recognizing changes in patient needs and implementing care to prevent or reduce risk. You will provide comprehensive care in patients' homes using a variety of skills, including phone triage, patient education, observation, wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes. A key part of your role is educating clients and their family members based on specific needs and communicating timely updates to physicians and other caregivers.

Requirements
