About the Role
We are hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Paso Robles, CA, to provide essential personal care services tailored to meet the unique needs of our patients. In this role, you will serve as a vital extension of the care team, working directly with patients to support their daily lives and well-being according to their specific plan of care. Your day will involve assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding, while also monitoring vital signs and performing therapeutic exercises as ordered. Beyond physical care, you will be responsible for observing patient conditions, documenting changes, and ensuring a safe home environment by recognizing emergencies and teaching safety practices. Success in this position requires constant, clear, and effective communication with the client, their family, and the office team.
