About the Role
The Physical Therapist plays a vital role in student care, responsible for performing comprehensive student evaluations and delivering therapy services. This position requires strict adherence to the plan of care developed for each student and compliance with physician's orders when applicable. The role involves documenting all services provided to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Hiring Process
Candidates must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. Application eligibility includes current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice, graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, and meeting age requirements (18+). Additional prerequisites may include current CPR certification, TB screening (PPD or chest x-ray), and a current health certificate as per contract or state regulation.

Requirements
