About the Role
As a Home Equity Loan Processor, you will be a vital support pillar for our Finance team, guiding home equity and HELOC applications from initial submission through final closing. This role exists to ensure that every loan file is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently, allowing our members to access the financial tools they need with confidence.
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party partners. Your day will involve verifying financial and collateral documentation, resolving conditions, and preparing closing packages. You will work closely with the team to monitor the loan pipeline, ensuring we meet strict service-level agreements and closing timeframes while maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and security.
