About the Role
This position serves as a critical link in the logistics chain, ensuring the efficient and timely staging, loading, and shipping of prepared mailings. The role is dedicated to guaranteeing proper quality and strict compliance with both company policy and United States Postal Service (USPS) requirements. You will manage the flow of raw materials and finished goods, operating powered industrial equipment safely while coordinating daily shipping operations to prioritize loads and ensure accuracy for USPS delivery.
In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with machine leads and site supervision to manage raw materials, ensuring the continuous production of finished products. The role involves utilizing the Oracle Transportation system to generate shipping and postal documentation, implementing Postage Payment Elective (PPE) agreements, and maintaining an organized warehouse. You will also fulfill duties as a Hoist Operator 1 as required, monitor operator reports for quality and weight verification, and assist in the location and disposition of excess materials.
