The Warehouse Material Handler is a pivotal role within a high-performing warehouse and production environment, dedicated to the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials. You will support daily operations by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering materials to designated locations, ensuring inventory accuracy while adhering to strict safety standards and production goals.
This position offers the opportunity to join a large, experienced team of approximately 150–160 full-time employees. The culture emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to safety. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and saws, while utilizing computer systems for inventory control and data entry.
Based in Wichita, KS, this fully onsite role takes place in an active industrial setting featuring production areas, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. The facility provides all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toed shoes, and maintains a dress code of jeans and a t-shirt alongside assigned safety gear.
The role involves frequent physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting materials up to 50 pounds. Shift structures are clear and consistent, with options for 1st shift (6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.), and 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m.). Certain roles in MCO and Shipping may follow standard hours (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.) depending on departmental needs.
