This position serves as a vital support role within the County Highway Department, assisting on a variety of road projects throughout the season. As a member of our team, you will be committed to protecting and enhancing the current roadway infrastructure within our County. Your work will directly impact the safety and functionality of our roads and ditches, requiring you to perform installation, repair, and maintenance activities while working safely and responsibly in various weather conditions.
Beyond the technical aspects of the job, this role requires an individual who can courteously serve our constituents in a manner consistent with our Core Values. You will be part of an organization that values the quality of its people and the culture it fosters.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
