About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Groomer or Highly Skilled Bather/Brusher to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our grooming services, responsible for delivering high-quality bathing and basic trim services. Your work ensures that pets are not only clean but also comfortable throughout the process.
You will be the primary point of contact for pet owners, communicating effectively about their pets' specific needs while maintaining a calm demeanor even under pressure. Your day will involve safely restraining animals, inspecting them for health issues or abnormalities, and assisting with check-in and check-out processes. By maintaining the cleanliness of our bathing areas and grooming tools, you help uphold the high standards our community expects.
