Safe Haven Security is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to join our organization and support our rapid growth. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in actively sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates to fuel our expansion. You will serve as a brand ambassador for Safe Haven, managing the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer and onboarding.
Your day will involve proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), job boards, social media, and creative avenues. You will screen and qualify candidates via phone to build a robust pipeline for our hiring managers, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the journey. Success in this position requires a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset capable of managing a high-volume workload while meeting established key performance indicators.
