- check_circleDevelop comprehensive daily lesson plans and schedules aligned with state guidelines
- check_circleImplement behavioral standards and classroom management practices to ensure a safe learning environment
- check_circleAssess and track student progress through data collection and analysis to inform interventions
- check_circleStay current with research-based educational practices to enhance instructional quality
- check_circleRespond to evaluations and feedback to foster ongoing professional development
- check_circleCollaborate with special education staff to differentiate instruction for diverse student needs
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and challenges

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree or higher in education or related field
- verifiedValid AZ state IVP clearance card
- verifiedCrisis management training certification
- verifiedAZ state teaching credential (or in process)
Nice to Have
Valid AZ state teaching credential, prior experience in alternative, special education, and/or behavioral health program settings, prior experience and/or knowledge in alternative educational services and/or working with at-risk students, and prior experience and/or knowledge in working with students with individualized education plans (IEP's).
