Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with parents and learning coaches to support student success
- check_circleAnalyze student data to prescribe necessary remediation and enrichment activities
- check_circleSupport learning coaches with curricular issues and virtual classroom troubleshooting
- check_circleDeliver specialized course content in an online environment for students with special needs
- check_circleMonitor student progress by collecting data and work samples against IEP goals
- check_circleMaintain grade books, ensure academic integrity, and make placement decisions
- check_circlePrepare students for high-stakes standardized testing
- check_circleFacilitate and lead collaborative special education meetings including annual IEP reviews
- check_circleDevelop compliant IEPs, progress reports, and state-specific documentation
- check_circleModify Stride K12 lessons and assessments to align with individual student IEPs
Requirements

Experience working with the proposed age group. Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology. Experience teaching online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment. Experience with online learning platform.
