We are seeking a dedicated Foreign Language Teacher to lead our French program for students in Grades 7-12. This position is designed to do more than teach grammar and vocabulary; it aims to cultivate a deep understanding and appreciation of the cultures where French is the primary means of communication. Under the general supervision of the School Principal, you will develop students' abilities in comprehending, speaking, reading, and writing French while fostering a safe, inclusive classroom environment conducive to individualized and small-group instruction.
In this role, you will be the architect of the learning experience, translating curriculum goals into engaging lesson plans that challenge students and utilize instructional time effectively. You will also serve as a vital link between the school and families, encouraging parental involvement and maintaining open lines of communication to support student success.
