About the Role
We are looking to add High School Co-op Students to our Tiger Launch site in Hartselle, AL, to support Reel Assembly and Plug Packaging. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain real manufacturing work experience, learn safety and quality standards, and understand continuous improvement concepts like 5S and Focused Improvement. You will work within teams, potentially setting the stage for a full-time position after graduation.
Who We Are Looking For
We welcome students from Hartselle, Brewer, Danville, Falkville, Decatur, Austin, and West Point, though we are open to working with students from other schools as well. To succeed in this role, you must be a current high school student at least 16 years of age and capable of standing and lifting continuously throughout your shift.
