About the Role

We are hiring a senior superintendent to lead one-of-a-kind, high-end residential projects. As the on-site construction manager, you will be responsible for building unique architecture that pushes the boundaries of design. You will lead teams dedicated to the highest levels of quality and craftsmanship, solving daily constructability challenges and ensuring work is performed safely in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.

In this role, you will partner with project managers to develop and manage project schedules, contribute to estimates during the preconstruction phase, and maintain comprehensive documentation including plans, specifications, and as-builts. You will manage the entire field crew, subcontractors, and supplier relationships, ensuring open and professional communication. Your day will involve daily walk-throughs, job logging, and professionally representing Dowbuilt with clients, architects, owners, and neighbors.
