This 100% onsite Help Desk Technician position is based in Washington, D.C., requiring a 5-day work week. You will serve as the primary point of contact for client end-users, providing technical support for desktops, laptops with docking stations, and mobile devices. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing and resolving a wide range of issues, including computer viruses, network login and connectivity problems, and enterprise-standard software and hardware challenges.
You will manage a high volume of client requests, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with a 90% response goal and a 95% resolution goal. The role extends beyond standard troubleshooting to include support for meetings and presentations, covering video conferences, in-room systems, and virtual or hybrid meeting environments. Additionally, you will provide specialized support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) and manage issues related to both enterprise-owned and personal mobile devices (iOS and Android) connected to the client's corporate email infrastructure.
