About the Role

The Project Manager at American Equipment Holdings focuses on integrity and customer satisfaction for both external and internal customers. This role utilizes excellent communication skills and lean principles to ensure projects are fully delivered with a high level of control and quality, on time, and within budget. The position relies on PMI-based project management principles and Lean Six-Sigma practices to drive success.

In this role, you will lead unique lean manufacturing projects with customers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for reading and executing projects according to contract specifications and the AEH Quality Management System (QMS), which may include work for government facilities with high documentation requirements. You will provide strong leadership to internal teams and external vendors, managing kickoff and hyper-care meetings with documented agendas and minutes. Additionally, you will validate material and resource availability to meet production schedules, control costs and expenditure schedules, and manage engineering submittal approvals, change orders, risks, and opportunities.
