The Heavy Equipment Operator is a critical member of our construction team, responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy machinery on concrete and civil construction projects. From excavators and backhoes to bulldozers and skid steers, you will be the driving force behind site preparation, excavation, grading, and material movement. Your work directly facilitates concrete pours and related tasks, ensuring that job site operations remain safe, productive, and high-quality. You will work closely with site supervisors, laborers, and carpenters to coordinate equipment movements, interpreting site plans and blueprints to execute precise grading and trenching operations.
