Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOperate heavy machinery including backhoes, excavators, and loaders for excavation and trenching
- check_circleExecute all tasks in strict compliance with company safety policies and industry regulations
- check_circlePrepare and maintain construction sites to ensure they are safe for underground utility work
- check_circleAssist in the placement of underground pipes and conduits using manual labor and power tools
- check_circleConduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- check_circleLoad, unload, and distribute materials at job sites ensuring proper handling and storage
- check_circleRemove debris, trash, and hazardous materials from construction areas to maintain a clean environment
- check_circleImplement traffic control measures including placing signs and signaling equipment operators
- check_circleRespond to utility emergencies providing prompt and effective solutions to mitigate risks
- check_circleAccurately complete daily reports, equipment logs, and other necessary project documentation
- check_circleRead and interpret construction plans, safety standards, and specifications accurately
- check_circleIdentify unsafe conditions and potential hazards in the work environment
Requirements
