About the Role

The Foreman serves as the vital link between project objectives and field execution. In this role, you will lead the crew and operate the equipment necessary to install various utilities and associated units, ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting all safety, quality, and productivity standards. This position is not just about supervision; it is about active participation. You will assist with all aspects of the project, from managing team members and completing field paperwork to performing occasional labor duties and operating heavy machinery.

As a leader, you will mentor crews, conduct daily tool talk meetings to identify opportunities for improvement, and foster a positive working relationship with crew members, customers, and subcontractors. You will also play a key role in staffing, recruiting, and retaining talent, while managing employee relations and performance evaluations. Your day-to-day involves reviewing timecards, monitoring project performance, and ensuring the preventative maintenance of construction equipment.

Work Environment

This role is 100% travel and requires the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather. You must be prepared to travel and be away from home for extended periods. The position demands physical agility, including the ability to walk, sit, stand, bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, and carry as needed, as well as the coordination of eyes, hands, feet, and limbs for skilled movement.
