About the Role
As a Foreman in the Piping Systems Division, you will serve as the vital link between the Superintendent and the field crew, providing front-line supervision for Pipefitting and Welding operations. This role exists to ensure that WB contract items are constructed with the highest standards of safety, quality, production, and innovation.
You will lead a team of WB Welders, Fitters, and Apprentices, guiding them through complex construction activities while maintaining a safe, accident-free work environment. Your day involves interpreting pipe drawings and P&IDs to resolve design errors, coordinating material deliveries, and troubleshooting on-site challenges. By utilizing the Plan, Do, Study, and Act (PDSA) approach, you will drive continuous improvement in project execution while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration among all trades and subcontractors.
