The Field EHS Compliance Manager supports field and sealant operations, actively working to reduce employee and operational exposure to environmental, health, and safety risks at construction sites. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, preventing incidents, and ensuring the health and well-being of all personnel on-site. By utilizing various tools, techniques, and data collection methods, the manager analyzes trends to make recommendations for corrective action and oversees safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
