About the Role
The Field EHS Compliance Manager supports field and sealant operations, actively working to reduce employee and operational exposure to environmental, health, and safety risks at construction sites. This role is critical in promoting a culture of safety, preventing incidents, and ensuring the health and well-being of all personnel on-site. By utilizing various tools, techniques, and data collection methods, the manager analyzes trends to make recommendations for corrective action and oversees safety programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDeliver OSHA compliance and new hire safety training while maintaining accurate records
- check_circleInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses using root cause analysis
- check_circleSet and track safety goals to protect employees and minimize company liability
- check_circleEvaluate and recommend improvements for PPE and other safety equipment
- check_circleCollaborate with leadership and project teams to integrate safety into daily operations
- check_circleManage workers' compensation cases and support injured employees' return to work
- check_circleIdentify, implement, and maintain field safety processes to prevent injuries
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in safety management, construction management, industrial Hygiene or related program preferred
- verifiedFive (5) years of experience in construction safety including environmental compliance and reporting
- verifiedBi-lingual capabilities (Spanish-English) preferred
- verifiedCHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) preferred
- verifiedOSHA 10 and 30-hour certification in construction preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of Fall Protection Systems, Rigging, Crane Operations preferred
- verifiedFirst Aid, CPR, and AED Certified preferred
- verifiedPossession of a valid driver's license
- verifiedAuthorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in safety management, construction management, industrial Hygiene or related program. Bi-lingual capabilities (Spanish-English). CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician). OSHA 10 and 30-hour certification in construction. Knowledge of Fall Protection Systems, Rigging, Crane Operations. First Aid, CPR, and AED Certified.
