About the Role
You will partner closely with Project Managers, Project Administrators, and Field Teams to support the successful planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects. This position is designed for someone who wants to help deliver the quality, consistency, and excellence that define our reputation. You will collaborate with experienced teams across Florida and play a key role in bringing complex projects to life.
In this role, you will not just support projects; you will help ensure they are closed out within 30 days of substantial completion and final inspection, including financial closeout. You will maintain strong client communication to support overall client satisfaction while promoting and upholding project safety and quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to a team that genuinely invests in your growth — not just your output.
