The Role
As a technician on our team, you will perform complex repairs and diagnostic tests on heavy equipment at customer locations, ensuring their machines are back up and running in top shape. You will build strong relationships with customers by explaining issues and solutions clearly, occasionally promoting dealer service programs, and keeping all necessary documentation up to date. You will also maintain your service vehicle, tools, and inventory, ensuring they are in excellent condition so you're always prepared for any job.
