About the Role
The Server-Lead at The Terraces of Phoenix serves as a vital link between our residents and the dining experience. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Health Center's dining service, ensuring a seamless flow of work for the entire team. You will be responsible for distributing and balancing the workload among servers to keep everyone productive while assuring timely accomplishment of all assigned tasks.
Your day will involve more than just managing schedules; you will be the face of our dining service. You will train newly hired servers, oversee host/hostess, bussers, and food runners, and ensure that every resident is treated with care and professionalism. From explaining menu items in detail to handling guest complaints with a positive attitude, you will maintain the highest standards of front-of-house and kitchen sanitation.
