About the Role

As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and business strategy, assessing current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans.

In this role, you will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will lead workstreams from mobilization through delivery, ensuring stakeholder governance, risk management, and quality review. Your work involves applying commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that define scope, value cases, operating impacts, and measurable outcomes. You will also support client development by shaping solution approaches and resourcing needs.
