As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. Your mission is to shape and deliver complex interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. You will assess current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, governance, and vendor roles to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans that drive tangible value.
In this role, you will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will lead workstreams from mobilization through delivery, ensuring stakeholder governance, risk management, and quality review. Your work involves applying commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions, defining requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities. While the role is primarily advisory, travel may be required (0–100%) depending on business needs and client requirements.
Accenture is committed to a fair and transparent hiring process. If you are hired, you will be asked to participate in our reasonable accommodation process if you require accommodation to perform the essential functions of your role.
