You are a healthcare technology advisory leader shaping and delivering interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs. This role exists to help clients navigate complex health IT landscapes by assessing current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance to translate findings into practical roadmaps and delivery plans. You will work across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners to define the requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities.
In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery, facilitating client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders. You will apply commercial and business acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that connect health IT investments to measurable value, operating model impact, and financial sustainability. The role involves significant client interaction, requiring travel that may vary from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
