Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations services—powered by the world's largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical business outcomes, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams that define the requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities. You will facilitate workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure solutions are both technically sound and commercially viable. Your work will directly influence how clients navigate CMS and ONC interoperability priorities, manage vendor roles, and implement privacy and security frameworks.
The role offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions, balancing scope, value cases, and delivery risks. You will support client development efforts by crafting solution approaches and resourcing needs, while leading engagements from mobilization through delivery. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
