Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations services—powered by the world's largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical business outcomes, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams that define the requirements, dependencies, and sequencing needed to implement interoperability priorities. You will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are not only technically sound but also commercially viable. Your work will involve applying commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that clearly articulate scope, value cases, operating impacts, and measurable outcomes. From mobilization through delivery, you will manage stakeholder governance, risk management, and team coordination to ensure successful program execution.
