Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries, we offer Strategy and Consulting, Interactive, Technology, and Operations services—powered by the world's largest network of Advanced Technology and Intelligent Operations centers. Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and practical business outcomes, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams that define requirements, dependencies, and sequencing for implementing interoperability priorities. You will facilitate client workshops and executive discussions across business, clinical, policy, operational, and technology stakeholders to shape executive-ready solutions. Your work involves applying commercial acumen to connect health IT investments to measurable value, operating model impact, and financial sustainability. You will guide engagements from mobilization through delivery, managing stakeholder governance, risk, and team coordination. Travel may be required, varying from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Candidates for this role will be evaluated based on their demonstrated experience in healthcare technology, health IT consulting, and interoperability standards. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can effectively translate business, clinical, and technical requirements into strategic roadmaps and implementation priorities.
