As a Healthcare Technology Advisory Leader, you will shape and deliver interoperability, HIE modernization, EHR integration, and health data exchange programs across healthcare organizations, public sector health agencies, HIEs, payers, providers, and technology partners. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and practical business outcomes, translating assessments of current-state systems, interfaces, workflows, and governance into actionable roadmaps and delivery plans.
In this position, you will lead advisory workstreams from mobilization through delivery. Your day-to-day involves assessing interoperability capabilities across systems and operations, developing strategies for HIE modernization and FHIR/API adoption, and facilitating workshops with executive stakeholders across business, clinical, policy, and technology domains. You will apply commercial acumen to shape executive-ready solutions that define scope, value cases, operating impacts, and measurable outcomes. The role requires significant client interaction, supporting growth efforts by shaping solution approaches and resourcing needs while managing stakeholder governance and delivery risk. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.
Candidates for this role will be evaluated based on their demonstrated experience in healthcare technology, health IT consulting, and interoperability standards. The selection process focuses on identifying leaders who can translate business, clinical, and technical requirements into effective roadmaps and implementation priorities. Specific steps for the interview process are not detailed in this posting; candidates are encouraged to review the application portal for current timelines.
