We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale initiatives in data engineering, analytics, cloud modernization, and AI adoption. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation within a regulated healthcare environment, ensuring that strategic data programs align with business objectives, governance standards, and compliance requirements.
As the leader of cross-functional technical and business teams, you will manage complex enterprise programs from initiation through implementation. Your day-to-day involves coordinating stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to deliver on scope, schedules, and budgets while fostering a culture of Agile delivery and continuous improvement. You will serve as the bridge between executive leadership and technical execution, translating complex data concepts into actionable strategic plans.
This is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. Candidates must be local to the Austin area and are expected to work onsite two days per week and remotely three days per week. This role is exclusively open to Austin-based professionals.

Experience with FHIR, HL7, and CCDA healthcare interoperability standards. AI/ML program management and implementation experience. Data governance and enterprise compliance initiatives. Enterprise architecture and solution architecture knowledge. Cloud solution architecture experience. Experience supporting digital transformation programs. TOGAF Certification. Cloud Solution Architect Certification. Azure, AWS, or GCP Certification. PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe Certification.
