Location & Eligibility
This role is based in Texas and requires a hybrid schedule of three days remote and two days onsite (Wednesdays and Fridays) at the specified location. We are accepting local candidates only; candidates must currently reside in Texas. We cannot consider applicants who are currently out of state or planning to relocate.
About the Role
As a Project Lead, you will serve as a critical partner to a Technical Project Manager, driving an AI adoption program within a data engineering context. This position exists to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring seamless alignment across business, engineering, and AI stakeholders.
You will manage cross-functional coordination and track deliverables for platform and data engineering initiatives. The role demands a high degree of creativity and latitude, relying on your experience and judgment to independently plan and accomplish goals. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of moderate to complex business solutions, including requirements gathering, business analysis, specifications development, project monitoring, and system implementation.

Healthcare industry experience. Fundamental understanding of information management principles, IT processes, SDLC, architecture, and enterprise technologies. Strong consulting and facilitation skills. Customer-focused communication skills with the ability to engage all levels of the organization. Experience supporting AI, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives at the program or project level. TOGAF, Cloud Solution Architecture, or Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform certifications.
