About the Role

The Healthcare Billing Coordinator serves as a vital link between Redwood Terrace and its residents, ensuring the financial integrity of the community. This position provides comprehensive billing and customer service support for private pay accounts while managing insurance co-pays. The role is essential for maintaining positive relationships with residents and their families by handling accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all billing activities.

You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to resolve billing inquiries, monitor account balances, and follow up on outstanding payments. By adhering to established guidelines and regulations, you help optimize cash flow and minimize discrepancies, directly contributing to the operational success of the facility.

Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position located at Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California. The schedule runs Monday through Friday during the day.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • verifiedHigh school graduate or equivalent
  • verifiedMinimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
