About the Role
The Healthcare Billing Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California. This position ensures the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing activities. You will manage insurance co-pays and work closely with residents, responsible family members, internal departments, and external partners to provide professional, responsive service.
In this role, you will ensure compliance with billing policies, minimize discrepancies, and optimize cash flow. You will be the point of contact for resolving billing inquiries, fostering positive customer relationships while adhering to established guidelines and regulations. Success in this position requires the ability to work independently, analyze data to establish facts, and draw valid conclusions regarding complex billing and collection issues.
Location and Schedule
This is a full-time, on-site position located at Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California. The schedule runs Monday through Friday during the day.
