About the Role
The Healthcare Billing Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of Redwood Terrace. In this position, you will provide comprehensive billing and customer service support for private pay accounts and manage insurance co-pays. Your work ensures the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing activities.
You will serve as a key liaison between the facility, residents, and their responsible family members. Your day-to-day involves resolving billing inquiries, monitoring account balances, and following up on outstanding payments to maintain positive customer relationships. By adhering to established guidelines and regulations, you will help optimize cash flow and minimize discrepancies while working closely with internal departments and external partners.
Location and Schedule
This position is on-site at Redwood Terrace, located in Escondido, California. The role operates full-time during the day, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

- verifiedComputer literate with knowledge of EHR, word processing, spreadsheet software
- verifiedExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
