The Healthcare Billing Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of Redwood Terrace. In this position, you will provide comprehensive billing and customer service support for private pay accounts and manage insurance co-pays. You will ensure the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing activities, while following up with residents and responsible family members on insurance co-pays that are due.
You will work closely with residents, family members, internal departments, and external partners to provide professional, responsive service. Your day-to-day involves preparing and submitting invoices, monitoring account balances, resolving billing inquiries, and adhering to established guidelines and regulations to optimize cash flow and minimize discrepancies.
This position is on-site at Redwood Terrace, located in Escondido, California. The role is full-time, working Monday through Friday during the day.
