About the Role
The Healthcare Billing Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California. This position ensures the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of all private pay billing activities while managing insurance co-pays. You will serve as a key liaison between the facility, residents, and their responsible family members, resolving billing inquiries and fostering positive customer relationships.
In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance with billing policies and regulations. Your work will directly optimize cash flow and minimize discrepancies, requiring you to initiate tasks independently and analyze complex billing data to draw valid conclusions. You will be the face of financial operations for private pay accounts, ensuring professional and responsive service adhering to established guidelines.
