About the Role
The Healthcare Billing Coordinator serves as a vital link in maintaining the financial integrity of Redwood Terrace in Escondido, California. This on-site position ensures the accurate, timely filing, collection, and management of private pay billing activities while managing insurance co-pays. You will play a key role in optimizing cash flow and minimizing discrepancies by working closely with residents, family members, internal departments, and external partners.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive billing and customer service support, resolving inquiries to maintain positive relationships. Your work ensures compliance with billing policies and established guidelines, requiring you to define problems, analyze data, and draw valid conclusions to handle complex billing and collection issues effectively.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience with PointClickCare (PCC) is a plus
