The Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) is a vital member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing essential administrative and clerical support to direct care staff. This role serves as the hub for facility operations, ensuring seamless communication between clinical teams and the outside world. The HUC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers, acting as the first point of contact for the facility.
