As an Emergency Department Technician II, you will serve as a vital support member of the healthcare team, operating under the direct supervision of physicians and nurses. Beyond direct patient care, you will play a key role in emergency situations, assisting with resuscitation efforts, applying splints, and preparing patients for procedures. The role also encompasses essential unit operations, such as managing supplies, processing instruments, handling specimen transport, and performing post-mortem care. As a Technician II, you may also be assigned specific duties related to casting and orthopedic support.
